The prom.........

Last Friday was the 'so' called biggest prom MMU has ever had. Around 150 tables, VIPs were Tun Dr. Mahathir and many other ambassadors from countries I don't even know exist. It was held in PICC Putrajaya by the way. Ladies and gentlemen, I present to you.........Unite!!!.....I will let the pictures do the elaboration.....

The ballroom was grand.....very well decorated.....the environment was just great. ...BUT!!!!..... here comes the bad part............dinner was served around 8.45pm (acceptable). First came the bread ( Impressive enough...very classy...western style...wahhh like this confirm got starter, main dish and dessert)



* Cold bread with butter...........tasted not bad...might be because I was starving at that time

After the bread, we were waiting for the next suprise (9.00pm)...STARTER.....we waited(9.15pm)..........and waited(9.30pm)..........and waited(9.45pm)............and waited(10.00pm

Me: Where the hell is our food???

Lock: I've got no idea.........

Alright, to cut short on the dining part, the starter came at around 10.00pm and the maindish (Nasi Ayam aka Chicken Rice) came an hour after that. Eng Seen was the pity one....he almost die of hunger and I am not exaggerating it....check it out yourself.

Okay I think it is not very nice to make fun of how EngSeen looked like before meal. Unite was about gathering and have fun. Therefore it has always been a custom to bring date to the prom. The only guy without a date at my table is Mr. Ang aka Ah Lock.

Me: Lock, you don't feel lonely coming here all by yourself?
Lock: Of course not.
Me: But you really did look kinda down.
Lock: No, I'm not. Look at my face....can't you see how happy am I right now?

How I Miss Those Days............................

Days without stress or trouble.......all the eventful times we had together.....all the childish and immatured thoughts and acts.....all these will eventually come to an end. That will be the beginning of "Working Life". I would like to share the happy times I once had with my beloved bunch. How I hope it will stay like this forever......hehehe......but anyway, enjoy these moments.

Genting Highlands with PW

PW and I were and Genting Highlands 2 weeks ago. It was just part of another yearly trip that we used to have. This time courtesy of JieJie's CRV. Been really busy lately therefore I will try my very best to update as many happennings as possible in the shortest period of time.

Several days ago..............

PW and I were at Midvalley on saturday. We were bored to death in the room so we decided to take a stroll in Midvalley to check out on the Valentine preparation or should I say what kind of business strategies were used this year. 14th of February was actually named after a guy. And yes.....Valentine has a dick........he was made a saint after he died several centuries ago. Since then, this particular day was setup for fools who are dumb enough to spend their hard-earned money on their girlfriends/wives in conjunction with the death of a man with a dick.....I am never that foolish and will never be. I will never ever fall for such business gimmick. Alright back to my side of the story..........PW and I had our dinner in a Chinese restaurant....can't really remember the name but it is situated near 'Poh Kong' at the Lower Ground. Went to Sg. Long for dinner with PW. As usual for the fifth year, NO flowers, NO chocolates, NO cards, NO presents.........just dinner.

A trip to Melacca.....

Have to send Kitkit to MMU Melacca on the 6th day of CNY. We started the journey a day earlier to ease a hectic schedule. Spent a night at A' Farmosa Resort and proceed to Melacca the next day. Pitstop for lunch at a seafood restaurant in Seremban. JieFu told us the Cheese Crab prepared there is simple delicious but to our dismay.....they were OUT OF CRABS....Saw some few locals in the restaurant and I can't help to notice that 6 out of 10 of them has had their hair dyed. Green, Red, Blue even Green and all the colours a rainbow has. Enough of introduction, pictures, pictures and more pictures..........

Chinese New Year........Day 4

This was the only day where my family and I spent our Chinese New Year back home in Ipoh......Only selected and lucky individuals can meet up with us during this period of time for the time we had was limited....hahahaha just kidding.......Papa hired a lion dance troop to the house for hhmm......erg...... the prosperity and harmony in the house I assumed. Really did enjoy that. Papa planned for a longer dance routine next year.



*Only Papa and Mama managed to wake up early and prepare for the lion dance's arrival....the rest of us got up just in time.....observe the pyjamas Jiejie and Mengwai were wearing.


After lion dance, back to daily chores at home.....sleep...ZZZZzzzzzzzzzz. We had our reunion dinner at a nearby restaurant. No smoking, No drinking and no mouth-whoring....so it was basically DINNER.



Me: Hey Ma, 7 months can eat fish ar?
Mama: Can...let me show you.

Fireworks are banned nationwide. Penalty in a form of cash summons will be imposed for those found lighting them. Speaking on playing or lighting up fireworks, I'm not that dumb to be lighting them. All I did was admiring them....hahaha guess who was the one lighting it?

First 3 days of Chinese New Year.......Gong Xi Fatt Chai

I was in Penang for the first few days of CNY....'Balik Kampung'.....Penang is a heaven for me especially during the festive season. Gambling is a MUST during CNY and as always, our beloved banker 'Uncle Lee' is happy enough to share a penny or two with the rest of the money starving monkeys around him.......
