Good Luck Dear Old Pal......

After being away for less than 2 months, my old team invited me for a farewell dinner of one of my old teammate.........even if it's not for me to comment, I'll still go ahead to bitch about my 2 cents based on the conversation we had during the dinner.....major discontent among my old faithful team would be the ability of a newbie taking the lead....with all due respect to old people, IT is an industry which doesn't regard old as 'Gold'.....the older you are, the more outdated you'll become....if you're at the dawn of retirement, in the world of IT, you're just as good as the dinasour in the muzeum...no point bragging about your good old days championing your agenda in DOS.....it's no longer the analog era, so wake up and face the world or forever rest in peace......

I used to fire fully loaded at the instant of injustice, but too bad being away from the industry I could no longer fend for my team......all I could do is to lend them an ear and provide comfort in my jokes......all the best guys.....faggots aside, let's talk about the dinner....

The Major Suck Up.......

As I was browsing the daily online news...I saw this.... "Man threatens mistress with sex video" .....that's really daring yo......as I read along...there's an article attached to the original post.....wahhhhhhh Mentri Besar took a weekly one hour Mandarin class and it came out in newspaper........

But that's not the plot I'm trying to bitch about....the major suck up would be another minister doing a major suck up.......dear Dr. Mah...you're really NIA MAHHHHH....hopeless......check out what he said....




* You say Nia Mah or not Nia Mah......my family will disown me if I say something like that....what is the big deal of being in a Mandarin class for 6 hours???


So if I take up a language besides my mother tongue such as BM & English for more than 10 years......Should they film me on CNN????

How's The New Job???

It has been almost 2 months into my new job...the most common question thrown at me was "How's your new job?".......my current job is obviously less strenuous than the previous one....on the other hand...less exciting too...routine tasks make it kinda dull....but being in a larger corporation, their system has lesser flaw.....I'm adapting with all the traveling to and fro the island...good side to this is no more crazy outstation trips or the day trip travelling......

The major changes I'll have to adapt to in this job is the ability to DINE...yes...DINE aka EAT....I've been to about 20 lunches/dinners since my first day....I've had Korean, French, Chinese, Japs, etc......I'm in serious need of exercise to maintain my near perfect body...hahahaha....

* My 27 year old brain failed me with this French menu......I had quail that night....it doesn't come cheap yooo....RM 115 per plate....crazy...and it was not even an Omega 3 quail...hahahaha

Since I'm now exposed to more dining options, I've decided to take PW to one of the cheapest & more edible one.....since we're having our weekly shopping in Queensbay, we had our lunch at Azumi......

KF's Wedding @ Ipoh......

Meeting With Old Pals.......

It has been indeed a meaningful month in February....JD's first exposure to the Chinese New Year.....Me having to adapt with a new job.....and alot alot of gatherings......TengHui got back from Shanghai and decided to pay his ol buddy a visit.......we met up with KuanLee for a midnight snacks and damn did that fatty gained weight.....he's still growing to date..too bad can't manage to snap any picture when he was around.....



* TengHui wanted to loan JD for his date....wanted to use him as a chick magnet.....ishhhh proposal rejected because he did not invite the father to tag along......hehehehe

I managed to meet up with WaiKong.....my old friend back in La Salle.......it has been 15 years since we last met and yet we talked like we've never been apart.....I guess that's the meaning of having the same tune in frequency......

PW was making a fuss when I got up on a beautiful Saturday morning......Look!!! Look!!.....So I did.....and I saw something pretty peculiar......Jayden, what is wrong with your eyes????? Hahahaha the joke really made my day.......it became a hot topic as the news travels fast to Ipoh too.....

JD's First Prayer.....

Before we reach to the topic....I would like to have a review of my own on TGI Friday......the one in Queensbay Mall.....the place is good don't get me wrong....but the food....yukzzz......



* After a crazy 6 hours shopping stroll, we've decided to drop by TGIF for our dinner last weekend......




* The setting was warmth........nothing too fancy.....




* The clam chowder was okay.............




* The celery was FRESH...but the boneless chicken......YUKZZZZ...BIG TIME.....way too sourish......




* And the main course......dissappointing......

Alright...back to JD's First Prayers.....on the 8th night of CNY, we went to Grandma's place at Balik Pulau....it's a tradition for the hokkienese to pray on that night.......who am I to talk about traditions....hahahaha I'm just sharing all I know......hope it helps....hehehe
